Pastor Ivan Lee was born in Hong Kong and immigrated to the US with his family when he was 20. He graduated from UC Davis and University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD degrees in Chemical Engineering. In 2001 he served as a civilian research engineer at a federal research laboratory. During a rotational assignment at University of Minnesota in 2004, he accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior. Later he received his calling to serve in His ministry. By God's grace, he received his Master of Divinity degree at the Moody Bible Institute in 2017. He was an intern at the Chinese Community Church in Washington D.C. and Maryland Chinese Christian Church helping with family groups, discipleship, and youth ministry. After graduation, Mr. Lee became a minister of the Maryland Chinese Christian Church then joined T4C in May 2019, serving together with his wife Stephanie and his children Nathan, Joshua and Katie.
